PBT fabric with Chlorine resistant for swimwear

For a long period, swimsuit fabric mainly use Polyester,Nylon and Spandex as raw material, with the development of high stretch PBT yarn, the advantage of this new type polyester was increasingly recognized. PBT yarn combines advantage of polyester and nylon, has excellent chemical resistance includes chlorine resistance, which makes the swimsuit long lasting, also PBT yarn has nylon’s excellent elasticity, which is also essential to swimsuit. PBT yarn has even higher elongation and stretch recovery than nylon. Combined with polyester yarns PBT has a natural stretch factor similar to Lycra.

For printed PBT fabric, we will suggest customer to do wet print/screen print by using its backside fabric. And also suggest buyer to avoid to use transfer digital print or sublimination print on it. As it will appear whiteness when we stretched the fabric if we use transfer print. And also its color permeability is not good.
